Pantheon: Operations & Assistant as a Service

In September 2025, we launched the Pantheon alpha. The idea behind it is straightforward: the follow-ups, reminders, and decisions that keep a team moving should be easier to handle from the conversations where they begin. We call that Operations & Assistant-as-a-Service.

We kept seeing the same problem:

A conversation creates a task. The task goes into another tool. The follow-up waits in a third. By the time someone asks what happened, the context is spread across all three.

That is why the first version lives inside Telegram, where many of those conversations already happen.

The Inception of Pantheon

Pantheon starts as a Telegram-native Operator Suite. The alpha brings reminders, summaries, and routing into chat so a conversation can lead to a next action without sending you off to reconstruct the context elsewhere.

We are building it as a set of focused assistants, each with a specific job.

  • Delegate and track work from the conversation that started it.
  • Keep the context nearby when it is time to follow up.

The first one is live; the others are still on standby:

  • MILO (Live) handles reminders, summaries, and routing.
  • OBSIDIAN (Standby) is planned for business operations: clearing blockers, logging tickets, and syncing with tools such as Notion or Linear.
  • ARGO (Standby) is planned for deal work: tracking leads, scoring pipelines, drafting introductions, and keeping the CRM current.

Why Pantheon Matters

If you work from Telegram all day, moving every commitment into a separate dashboard is one more step to remember. We started in chat because that is where a follow-up is most likely to be noticed while the conversation is still fresh.

The work we want Pantheon to make easier is concrete:

  • Delegation that keeps the original conversation close to the task.
  • Workflow automation for the steps that otherwise get lost between tools.
  • Deal follow-ups that help a team close the loop after an introduction or meeting.

Call to Action

This alpha is an early version of that idea. MILO is live in Telegram; OBSIDIAN and ARGO describe where we want to take the work next.

If you already run your work through chat, try it with us and tell us where the handoff still breaks.
