The CRM built for how family offices actually work
TL;DR
Family-office deal flow doesn't live in a pipeline tool — it lives in a Telegram thread with a GP, a WhatsApp group with co-investors, an iMessage from someone you've known twenty years. Nobody is logging any of it, and nobody ever will. Pantheon connects your own accounts directly and builds the record for you: every person, every conversation, every file, already there when you look. Native across all three messengers, discreet by design, and invite-only while we work with a small group of firms that run this way.
Why family-office relationships never make it into a CRM
The relationships that matter in a family office are decades deep and deliberately quiet. The intro comes through a trusted operator on WhatsApp; the allocation conversation happens in Telegram; the founder you backed twice texts you on iMessage. Traditional CRMs assume someone will type all of that in — and in a three-person investment office, nobody does. Even relationship-intelligence platforms built for private markets capture email and calendar, which is exactly where these conversations aren't. The result is the same everywhere: the firm's real network lives in the principals' phones, invisible to any system.
A record that builds itself
Pantheon connects your own accounts directly — you chat, and the contact's already there. Every person you actually talk to gets a record populated from the conversation history you already have: the threads, the files, the notes, across Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage in one place (WhatsApp and iMessage run through the desktop app; mobile incoming, with Signal, LINE, and KakaoTalk to follow). There is no data-entry step to skip because there is no data-entry step. When a name comes up in an investment-committee conversation, the answer to "who knows them, and how well?" is already on the record.
Discretion is the product
A family office's relationship graph is among the most sensitive datasets it holds, and we build accordingly. Pantheon aggregates your conversations and proposes the record — you stay in control of what's kept, shared, and visible to whom. On the compliance side we're deliberately honest about where we are: SOC 2 is in preparation, and SSO and data-residency options are on our roadmap — we'd rather tell you that plainly than present a badge wall. Our current posture and commitments are public on our security page, and for single-family and multi-family offices with specific requirements, enterprise agreements are how we handle them today.
Invite-only, on purpose
Pantheon is in an invite-only alpha, and that's a deliberate choice, not a waitlist gimmick. We're working closely with a small group of family offices, PE operators, and dealmakers whose relationships genuinely span messengers, and shaping the product against how they actually run. What's live today: automatic capture and contact resolution across Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage. What's not yet: pipeline automation and configurable workflows — those are on the roadmap, and we'll say so plainly rather than sell them early. If that trade — a young product, built honestly, that finally captures where your deals actually happen — sounds right, we'd like to talk.
Which channels does Pantheon capture today?
Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage — native across all three (WhatsApp and iMessage run through the desktop app; mobile incoming). Signal, LINE, and KakaoTalk are next on the list.
Is Pantheon SOC 2 certified?
Not yet — SOC 2 is in preparation, and SSO and data-residency options are on our roadmap. We publish our current posture on the security page rather than claiming certifications we don't hold, and we share the detailed security package under NDA through enterprise conversations.
Who controls the data?
Pantheon aggregates your conversations and proposes the record — you stay in control of what's kept, edited, shared, and visible. Records are tied to your own connected accounts, and enterprise agreements can add firm-specific handling requirements.
Does Pantheon replace our deal pipeline tooling?
Not today, and we won't pretend otherwise. Pipeline automation and configurable workflows are on the roadmap, not shipped. What Pantheon replaces now is the part no pipeline tool ever solved: the data entry that never happens. Contacts, history, files, and notes build themselves from the conversations you're already having.
How does a family office get access?
Pantheon is invite-only while we work with a small group of firms in alpha. Request access at app.pantheon.run — we onboard family offices, PE operators, and dealmakers whose relationships genuinely live in their messengers.
