Milo

Milo is a personal assistant that works entirely inside Telegram — the assistant side of Pantheon. If your network lives in Telegram DMs, Milo is the memory layer for it: every person you talk to is captured as a contact the moment the conversation happens, without you adding anyone manually. It was built for operators, founders, and BD leads whose networks expand faster than their memory — especially at conferences, where a week of introductions usually evaporates by the flight home. Milo is in active alpha, and we say so plainly: you're an early adopter of a young product, built closely with the people using it.

You message people exactly as you normally would; Milo does the rest. Contacts capture themselves — send or receive a message and that person lands in your contact book in real time, with a private contact card sent to your chat with Milo. Notes stay attached to people — reply to a contact card or use /note to save context ("met at Token2049, follow up next week") that's always private to you. Exports turn a busy week into a follow-up list — /export gives you everyone, and date filters like /export 2025-12-01 give you exactly the people you met at one event. No exports to a spreadsheet you'll never open, no separate CRM tab, no manual entry. Milo works quietly in the background so nothing slips through the cracks.

Milo is a Telegram Business-connected bot, not a bot that everyone has to message directly and not a hidden login to your account. After you add @milopabot in Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots, Telegram sends Milo new messages from the eligible private chats you choose. Telegram lets you narrow that access—for example, by excluding contacts or limiting the connection to new chats—and each managed conversation keeps its own pause and disconnect controls.

That distinction matters. A classic Bot API integration only sees conversations addressed to the bot or groups where the bot was added. A Telegram Business chatbot can process selected private conversations on behalf of the connected user. Milo uses that official middle path to capture new relationships without asking the other person to learn a workflow. Teams usually take one of four approaches. Classic bots are best for structured intake, commands, alerts, and support flows people intentionally enter. Business-connected assistants like Milo work inside selected private chats and are useful for personal follow-up and lightweight relationship capture. Marketplace connectors and shared inboxes extend an existing CRM or support desk, but coverage depends on the connector, account type, and workflow you configure. Direct account-connected CRMs treat the conversations and history from your own account as the relationship record, which is the broader Pantheon platform model.

Choose by the job, not by the word integration. Everything Milo tracks is explicit and reversible. Each conversation carries its own controls — pause or resume tracking in real time, or remove Milo from a chat entirely, with no delay and no approval flow. You can exclude specific contacts, and your notes are never visible to anyone but you. While Milo is in alpha you can request deletion of your data at any time via support@pantheon.run. Yes. Milo is a Telegram Business-connected bot: you add it through Telegram's Business chatbot settings and choose which eligible private chats it can process. That is different from a classic bot that only sees messages sent directly to it, and different from the Pantheon platform's direct account-connected CRM.

Open t.me/milopabot and send /start, then follow the onboarding. Full automatic capture runs through Telegram's built-in Business chatbot settings (Settings → Business → Chatbots), which requires a Telegram Premium account. Once set up, your contact book starts building itself as you chat.

Not automatically. Telegram starts sending Milo eligible private-chat events after you enable the Business connection; it does not hand Milo a retroactive archive. For an older relationship, Milo's power-user workflow uses a brief . message to create the contact after setup. Pantheon's direct account-connected CRM is the broader option when conversation history and groups are the requirement.

Milo itself is Telegram-first. The Pantheon platform it feeds into goes further — it captures Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage natively into one relationship record (WhatsApp and iMessage run through the desktop app; mobile incoming).
