Milo, the personal assistant that lives in your Telegram

TL;DR

Milo is Pantheon's Telegram-native personal assistant. The moment you message someone — or they message you — Milo adds them to your contact book, in real time, with no data entry. Notes, follow-ups, and exports happen inside the chat you're already in. Milo captures; the Pantheon platform organizes it into a relationship record you can actually use.

What is Milo?

Milo is a personal assistant that works entirely inside Telegram — the assistant side of Pantheon. If your network lives in Telegram DMs, Milo is the memory layer for it: every person you talk to is captured as a contact the moment the conversation happens, without you adding anyone manually. It was built for operators, founders, and BD leads whose networks expand faster than their memory — especially at conferences, where a week of introductions usually evaporates by the flight home. Milo is in active alpha, and we say so plainly: you're an early adopter of a young product, built closely with the people using it.

What Milo does for you

You message people exactly as you normally would; Milo does the rest. Contacts capture themselves — send or receive a message and that person lands in your contact book in real time, with a private contact card sent to your chat with Milo. Notes stay attached to people — reply to a contact card or use /note to save context ("met at Token2049, follow up next week") that's always private to you. Exports turn a busy week into a follow-up list/export gives you everyone, and date filters like /export 2025-12-01 give you exactly the people you met at one event. No exports to a spreadsheet you'll never open, no separate CRM tab, no manual entry. Milo works quietly in the background so nothing slips through the cracks.

You stay in control

Everything Milo tracks is explicit and reversible. Each conversation carries its own controls — pause or resume tracking in real time, or remove Milo from a chat entirely, with no delay and no approval flow. You can exclude specific contacts, and your notes are never visible to anyone but you. While Milo is in alpha you can request deletion of your data at any time via [email protected]. We're building Pantheon with a privacy-first mindset, and our current security posture is public on the security page.

Milo captures. Pantheon organizes.

Milo is one half of a system. It captures relationships where they actually happen — inside Telegram — and the Pantheon platform turns that capture into a full relationship record: contacts, conversation history, notes, and files in one place, alongside the rest of your messaging. Pantheon connects your own accounts directly across Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage, so the contact book Milo builds becomes a CRM that maintains itself. Start with Milo in Telegram; grow into the platform when you want the whole picture.

What is Milo?

Milo is a Telegram-native personal assistant made by Pantheon. It automatically captures every person you exchange messages with into a private contact book, lets you attach notes to them without leaving the chat, and exports clean follow-up lists — no manual data entry, ever.

Is Milo an AI assistant?

Milo is a personal assistant, not a general-purpose AI chatbot. Its core job is reliable, automatic capture — contacts, notes, and exports that just happen. AI capabilities like embedded answers and smarter search are part of the roadmap as Milo grows into the broader Pantheon platform.

How do I get Milo on Telegram?

Open t.me/milopabot and send /start, then follow the onboarding. Full automatic capture runs through Telegram's built-in Business chatbot settings (Settings → Business → Chatbots), which requires a Telegram Premium account. Once set up, your contact book starts building itself as you chat.

Does Milo work outside Telegram?

Milo itself is Telegram-first. The Pantheon platform it feeds into goes further — it captures Telegram, WhatsApp, and iMessage natively into one relationship record (WhatsApp and iMessage run through the desktop app; mobile incoming).

Are my notes and contacts private?

Yes. Notes are always private to you, and every conversation has real-time controls to pause tracking or remove Milo entirely. You can exclude specific contacts, and while Milo is in alpha you can request deletion of your data at any time via [email protected].
