The Pantheon Partner Network

TL;DR

The Pantheon Partner Network is a gated, invite-only network for people who do business through their relationships. Providers apply to list a service, advertise it, and receive qualified inbound; members post an intent — what they need, and on what terms — to a private network that surfaces it only to the partners who can act on it. It spans professional services, audits, hardware sourcing, and company discovery. It is not a public, self-serve marketplace you can transact on today — Pantheon is in alpha, and we are onboarding a first cohort by application. This page is what the network is, how membership works, and how to apply.

What the Partner Network is

The Pantheon Partner Network is a gated, white-label network layered on the relationship workspace you already run. Becoming a partner is simple to describe: list your service, advertise it inside the network, and get inbound from members who are actively looking. It is exclusive on purpose — membership is granted by application, not self-serve sign-up, so the network stays a room of vetted providers and serious members rather than an open directory. Think less "marketplace listing" and more "private introductions at scale": the network's job is to put the right request in front of the right partner, and to keep everyone else out of it.

A private network of intents

The core idea is an intent. A member posts what they actually want — plainly: "sourcing a red car, $2,000 delivered" — and the network routes that intent privately to the providers who can fill it. Providers respond, the member reviews the inbound, and both sides decide who to work with. The same shape works far beyond cars: a company that needs a security audit, a fund doing company discovery, a buyer sourcing hardware, a team that needs a specialist service. One private request, matched to the people positioned to answer it, with both sides reviewing before anyone commits.

To be clear about where this stands: the intents network is the vision and the direction — a separate product track that is still being built. It is not a live, self-serve engine you can log in and transact on today. What is open now is membership by application, so the first cohort of partners and members shapes how it works.

Who it is for

The network has two sides, and both apply to join.

Providers are the partners: professional-services firms, auditors and assessors, hardware and equipment suppliers, sourcing specialists, and operators who want a durable channel of qualified inbound instead of cold outreach. You list what you do, and the network brings the demand to you.

Members are the people with intents: founders, funds, operators, and teams who would rather post what they need to a trusted, private network than chase it across a dozen group chats. If your business already runs on relationships and introductions, the Partner Network is the structured version of what you do informally today.

Membership perks and the referral program

Membership carries more than access to intents. Pantheon curates a set of member perks and partner deals — real offers from the companies our members already use — which live on the Perks & Deals hub and expand over time. That is a distinct lane from Refer & Earn, our program for members who introduce other teams to Pantheon: if you want to share Pantheon and earn account credits, that program has its own page. Both sit under the same roof, but they are different doors — the Partner Network is a B2B membership, Refer & Earn is a member referral program.

The membership ladder: Advocate, Partner, Network, Inner Circle

Partnering with Pantheon is a ladder, and the first two rungs are open and live today.

Advocate is the ground floor — open and self-serve. Anyone using Pantheon can join Refer & Earn, share their link, and earn account credits when a team they introduce signs up. There is no application and no fee; it lives at /partners/refer.

Partner is earned. Climb the referral ladder and you unlock Partner status; member perks and deals — real offers from tools our members already use — live alongside it on the Perks & Deals hub. Listing yourself in a vetted partner directory is the next rung we are building on top of it.

Network is vetted, and it is what you apply for on this page. It is the private side: posting and answering intents, qualified inbound instead of cold outreach, and a private community of providers and members. Access is by application — we review fit and onboard in cohorts, because the gate is what keeps it valuable.

Inner Circle is by invitation only — a small, hand-picked room, not something you sign up for.

One thing to be clear about: the way in is to verify, then list yourself as a provider — and the vetting is the point, not a formality. The directory of vetted providers is public to browse; the private intents network you post to is gated and still in build — not a marketplace you can transact on today.

How membership works — and how the Sourcing Network fits

Membership is deliberate, not automatic. You apply, we review fit, and access is granted in cohorts — the gate is what keeps the network valuable for everyone already in it. The one public surface is the verified provider directory: a browsable list of providers we have vetted. You can submit your service to be listed, but a submission is reviewed before it appears — verification is the gate, not a sign-up wall, and only verified providers are shown. Posting intents and the private matching that routes them still runs by application (it is the vision in build, not a live marketplace you can transact on today).

The Partner Network also sits alongside the Pantheon Sourcing Network, our separately-branded arm for AI-datacenter power and compute — gas turbines, generator sets, grid electrical equipment, and NVIDIA GPU systems. Hardware sourcing is one of the intent types the Partner Network spans, and the Sourcing Network is where that supply lives; the two relate rather than compete. If your interest is specifically buying or supplying that hardware, start at Hardware. If it is the broader network — listing a service, getting inbound, posting intents — apply here.

How do I become a Pantheon partner?

Apply for access. The Partner Network is gated and invite-only, so there is no self-serve sign-up — you tell us what you do (or what you are looking for), and we review fit and onboard partners and members in cohorts. Use the Apply for access button on this page to start.

Is this a live marketplace I can buy and sell on today?

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. The private intents network is the direction we are building toward, not a self-serve engine you can transact on right now. Pantheon is in alpha, and what is open today is membership by application. The first cohort shapes how the network works.

What can I list or source through the network?

The network spans professional services, audits and assessments, hardware and equipment sourcing, and company discovery — anything a member might post as an intent and a partner might answer. Providers list a service and receive inbound; members post what they need to a private network that routes it only to the partners who can act on it.

How is the Partner Network different from Refer & Earn?

They are two different programs. The Partner Network is a gated B2B membership — list a service, get inbound, post intents. Refer & Earn is our member referral program: introduce another team to Pantheon and earn account credits. If you are looking for the referral program, it lives at /partners/refer.

Is the Partner Network the same as the Pantheon Sourcing Network?

No. The Pantheon Sourcing Network is our separately-branded hardware arm for AI-datacenter power and compute. The Partner Network is the broader membership network for listing services, getting inbound, and posting intents — hardware sourcing is one of the intent types it spans, and the Sourcing Network is where that supply lives. The two relate; they are not the same thing.

How to Become a Pantheon Partner

You become a Pantheon partner through the Refer & Earn program: use Pantheon, share your referral link with teams who live in chat, and earn account credits when they sign up and subscribe. Refer enough teams and you unlock Pantheon Partner status — the top of the referral ladder. There is no fee to join, and a broader agency / affiliate partner network is being built on top of it. (This is Pantheon at pantheon.run, the messenger-native relationship OS — not the similarly named web-hosting platform.)
