Chief Operating Officer
This is a hands-on scaling role for an operator who can move between a customer conversation, an engineering milestone, a commercial decision, and the system that keeps all four connected. You will help the founder run the company now, then build the operating structure that makes the next team possible.

Senior Product Engineer — Platform & Enterprise
This is a senior individual-contributor role with real product ownership: roughly half hands-on building and half technical leadership, review, and customer-facing problem solving. You will help conversations move cleanly between users, operations, and engineering, then turn them into product that works.

We ship exceptionally fast, and too much of the safety model still depends on one person holding the full system in their head. You will build the operational layer that keeps the fast path safe as the product and team grow.
