Siemens GM-SG-AR metal-clad switchgear for sale serves medium-voltage distribution circuits with horizontal drawout GMSG vacuum breakers in an IEEE C37.20.2 lineup. The arc-resistant construction is tested to IEEE C37.20.7 Type 2B for 0.5 second, including the specified low-voltage compartment door-open condition. Ratings differ by voltage class: 4.76 and 15 kV configurations reach 63 kA, 8.25 kV reaches 40 kA, and 27 kV reaches 40 kA. A GMSG-GCB generator circuit breaker can be installed in a GM-SG lineup. The top pressure-relief channel connects to an exhaust plenum that must be planned into the installation.
