The RJ45 copper line lets an SFP/SFP+ cage terminate a twisted-pair run. It covers SFP-10GB-T (10GBASE-T to 80/100 m), a multi-rate 1/2.5/5/10G copper SFP, SFP-2500T (2.5GBASE-T), SFP-1000T and SFP-1000T-UNIV (1000BASE-T), the 10/100/1000-SGMII module, and SFP-100TX (10/100BASE-TX) — all on Copper RJ45 to 30–100 m depending on rate.
