What Shipped in May 2026: Beyond Telegram

The short version: in May, Pantheon stopped being a Telegram-only product. WhatsApp and iMessage went live, a Mac desktop app arrived to bring your own conversations in, and every channel now lands in one real-time inbox. If you've been waiting to run more of your network through Pantheon, this is the month it opened up.

Meet the desktop app

Some of your most important conversations never touch a bot — they live on your own devices. So we shipped a Mac desktop app whose whole job is to bring those in, with your permission, and keep them flowing into Pantheon alongside everything else.

It's the piece that turns Pantheon from "a Telegram assistant" into "the place your relationships live," no matter where the messages started.

WhatsApp is live

WhatsApp is now a first-class channel. Your WhatsApp conversations show up in the same inbox as the rest of your network, searchable and organized next to the people they belong to. No more switching apps to remember what you last said to someone — it's all in one place.

iMessage is live

iMessage joined too. For a lot of you, iMessage is where the closest relationships actually happen — and now those threads live in Pantheon like any other channel. It's the difference between a CRM that knows part of your world and one that knows the whole of it.

One inbox, every conversation

Adding channels only matters if they come together cleanly. This month the unified inbox grew up: conversations from every connected channel now merge into a single, real-time stream, keyed to the right person, updating live as messages arrive. One list. Everyone you talk to. However you talk to them.

Behind the glass

Not everything that shipped is something you click. We also stood up an internal operations console and moved our transactional email onto steadier rails — the unglamorous plumbing that makes support faster, onboarding smoother, and problems easier for us to catch before you feel them. You won't see it, but you'll feel it in how quickly we can help.

What's next

Now that more of your world flows into one place, the next stretch is about making that world useful — cleaner records for every contact, documents you can act on, and ways for the tools you already use to plug into Pantheon. More on that in the June recap.
