What Shipped in the First Half of September 2026: Notes, Calendar, and Meetings

The short version: From September 1 through 15, the everyday loop became more connected: start with a note, see what is next, answer on the right channel, and keep the useful parts of a meeting close at hand.

Notes are easier to shape and organize

Notes now offer more ways to begin without a blank page. Templates for 1:1s, discovery calls, interviews, stand-ups, and weekly meetings add useful structure in a click. On the web, you can import Markdown files or folder trees, nest and move folders, paste or drop images, and see when a change is saving or retrying.

Headings also form a quick outline, reminders can live inside the note, and the Enhanced view is available across more of the Notes experience.

A clearer view of the day

Calendar's week view now places events on a real time grid, while Home separates upcoming and past events into a lighter timeline. Pantheon also refreshes stale calendar data and removes events deleted at the source, so the schedule you see is closer to the one you have.

Reply on the channel you mean

When one person reaches you across multiple connected channels, you can choose where the next reply goes from the conversation header. Pantheon remembers that preference, while Automatic remains the fallback. A channel filter can set the context for your next reply, and you can hold the send button to choose a different channel for one message without changing your default. On smaller screens, quick inbox filters help you jump between unread, focused, private, group, and channel conversations.

Meetings that keep up

In the latest desktop alpha, live transcription can follow both sides of a meeting. You can choose whether transcription runs on your Mac or in the cloud, separate and rename speakers, retry an upload, transcribe again from audio kept on the Mac, and export the result afterward.

More room to work on desktop

The desktop alpha also gained more useful Contacts, Companies, and Deals tables. You can sort records, open contact and company details, move deals through the board, and edit deal fields directly in the table.
