Eight MI355X (CDNA 4) accelerators deliver 288 GB of HBM3E each — 2,304 GB per node at 8 TB/s per GPU — over AMD Infinity Fabric, matching Blackwell-class memory for the largest training and inference runs. Dual AMD EPYC 9005/9004 processors, up to 6 TB of DDR5, and eight low-profile PCIe 5.0 x16 slots for 1:1 GPU-to-NIC scale-out feed the accelerators. The 1,400 W per-accelerator TDP makes this a direct-to-chip liquid build — it requires facility water and a CDU; where that is not available the air-cooled equivalent is the 8U Supermicro AS-8126GS-TNMR on 1,000 W MI350X accelerators.
