Safety Power ecoCUBE selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems available through Pantheon. The ecoCUBE is a modular stainless reactor for natural-gas and diesel engines from 500 kW to 5 MW; Safety Power’s systems overall cover engines to 20 MW. It injects urea (diesel exhaust fluid) under model-based control, reading NOx sensors before and after the catalyst through air-atomised injectors, and reaches up to 98% NOx reduction, with installations below 5 ppmvd NOx. An oxidation catalyst for CO and VOCs and a particulate filter are options, and the integrated silencer gives up to 52 dBA of attenuation. Safety Power cites compliance with US EPA Tier 4 Final, US BACT natural-gas limits and European levels, and is ISO 9001 certified.
