Meetings & call notes
How meeting recording, privacy and CRM handoff work when the person matters beyond the call.
Is It Legal to Record a Meeting? One-Party vs All-Party Consent (US, Canada, EU)
Recording rules depend on where participants are, whether a conversation is private, and whether an organization is processing the recording. Canada’s criminal rule also has a participant-consent exception, while organizations can have additional notice and consent duties. EU recording requires a GDPR basis and notice, with national laws layered on top. This is general information, not legal advice.

If a relationship lives in Telegram or WhatsApp and no email is on the contact, that automatic match can fail even when the meeting note is excellent.
