What We've Shipped Since December
Our last post here was in December. Since then the blog went quiet — and we want to be straight about why: we were heads-down building the thing the early Milo posts only hinted at.
Back in December, Pantheon was a Telegram-native assistant. Useful, but it lived in one app. The work since has been about turning that into a real product: one inbox across all your messengers, a proper contact system, and a web and desktop app you can actually sit in front of. That's a big lift, and it happened mostly behind the scenes. This post is the catch-up.
A quick honesty note up front: Pantheon is still in alpha. Everything below is live and in people's hands, but we're building it with our early users, not around them. Past tense means it shipped — nothing here is a promise about what's coming.
Pantheon is now a web app
The biggest change is the one that took the longest: Pantheon is no longer just a bot. There's a real web app, and it's built around a few core pieces.
- A unified inbox. All of a person's accounts — across the different places you talk to them — collapse into a single conversation panel, so you're reading one thread with someone, not five. This is the center of the whole product. (See what we mean by a unified inbox →)
- Live chat. You can read and reply to conversations in real time, right in the app — messages arrive as they happen, and you can send from there too.
- A real contact table. We built out a Notion-style contacts view: resize and reorder columns, edit a cell in place, filter, save shared views for your workspace, and scroll a full book of people without it feeling like a spreadsheet from 2009. Each contact shows which channel it came from, and where it made sense we added per-contact AI summaries so you can catch up on a relationship at a glance.
- Search inside a conversation. Jump straight to a message in a thread, with proper focus and escape-to-close — the small thing you reach for constantly.
If you've been following the Telegram-CRM idea from the early days, this is that idea grown up: the fast capture you already knew, now sitting on top of a workspace with real structure.
More of your conversations, in one place
A CRM built on one messenger is only ever half your relationships. So a lot of the last few months went into bringing more channels in — so the inbox above actually reflects who you talk to, not just where.
Since December we've added:
- WhatsApp and iMessage, brought in through the new desktop app (more on that below).
- Email, so your Gmail conversations and the contacts inside them come along too.
- Luma and calendar events, so the people you actually meet with show up as relationships.
On Telegram specifically, we made capture wider and more faithful: Saved Messages are now a first-class chat (with their history), and you can bring your existing Telegram history and media into Pantheon instead of starting from the day you signed up.
We're deliberately not going into how any of this works under the hood — the point for you is simpler: more of your real conversations, captured in one place, without babysitting a sync button.
A desktop app
To bring in the channels that live on your Mac — iMessage and WhatsApp — we shipped a desktop app. It's a signed, notarized Mac client, and over the last few months it grew from an import tool into a real application: a native inbox and messaging experience, its own settings, a quick "resolve" queue for tidying up who's who, and a proper auto-update pipeline so it stays current on its own.
If you want your full messaging history in Pantheon, the desktop app is how you get the local channels in.
Milo got sharper
Milo, the assistant, didn't stand still while the app came together.
- We shipped a v1 skill set — a consistent menu of things you can ask for: prep before a meeting, summarize a thread, catch up on what you missed, find people to reconnect with, draft and send follow-ups, make an intro, take a note, set a reminder.
- Milo now gives consistent answers about what it can actually do, instead of improvising a different reply each time you ask.
- From the app's command bar, you can ask Milo to draft an email straight into your Gmail drafts — you review and send, Milo does the typing.
The Milo page has the current picture if you want the short version.
Hardware and sourcing
Alongside the relationship product, our hardware catalog kept growing — the GPUs, servers, turbines, and power gear our sourcing work covers.
The one worth calling out for buyers is the GPU comparison tool: put data-center accelerators side by side on a real spec table instead of guessing from a datasheet. (Compare GPUs →) We also expanded the catalog itself — more Blackwell-class server SKUs, tightened specs, and new plain-English explainers in our knowledge base for the power and networking gear that sits around the chips.
The small stuff that adds up
A release recap that's all headline features is lying by omission. A lot of the last few months was the unglamorous polish that makes the app feel right:
- Multi-image messages render as a tidy photo grid, and GIFs and videos actually play instead of showing up as broken tiles.
- Pinned chats stay pinned and sort to the top; a chat jumping to the top of your list now animates instead of teleporting.
- Unread counts update instantly when a message lands, and clear the moment you open the thread — across channels, not just Telegram.
- Names resolve better. Fewer "Unknown" groups, fewer "Unnamed" contacts, and names that come from your address book rather than a generic global record.
- Screen-reader and layout fixes across the marketing site and app, so things line up and read cleanly.
None of these will make a headline. All of them are the difference between a demo and something you use every day.
Where this leaves us
Zoom out and the through-line is simple. In December, Pantheon captured your Telegram relationships. Today it's a workspace over your whole messaging life — one inbox across your messengers, a real contact system on top of it, a desktop app to pull in the rest, and an assistant that can act on any of it.
We're still in alpha, we're still moving fast, and we're going to be posting here more regularly again — a short "what we shipped" note as things land, so you're never in the dark for eight months again.
Thank you for sticking with us through the quiet stretch. If something here is broken or you want to get in, we're at support@pantheon.run — and Milo is always one message away.
