The PD is the lean-premix member of the LM6000 family: it reaches its NOx limit without water or steam injection, which is what makes it the practical LM6000 choice where an air permit or water supply constrains the site. The current lot is a 1997–2001 package whose engine was refurbished in 2019–2021 and has run 10,000–14,000 hours since — the package figure is higher, and it is the engine number that reflects remaining life. It carries a professional borescope inspection from the last 12 months, performed to the OEM maintenance schedule and compared against the previous cycle: low- and high-pressure compressors, combustor and fuel nozzles, high-pressure turbine nozzles and turbine sections were all recorded as serviceable, documented in a ~40-page report with photographic records, engine identification and history, and running data. Two things a buyer should know up front: the report leaves one actuation-system item to be investigated and cleared before operation, and four routine inspections were deferred at that outage for time. Closing the open item and completing the deferred inspections can be made a condition of sale, and a written reconciliation of engine and package hours is in hand.
