The scope comprises the LM6000 PD SPRINT gas turbine, generator and load gearbox, a heat-recovery steam generator rated at 50–55 tonnes per hour of high-pressure steam, natural-gas booster compression, a distributed control system with modern turbine controls and vibration monitoring, generator switchgear, and a spares inventory included in the sale. The plant was commissioned in 2010–2013; in 2020–2022 the complete engine was exchanged for a factory-refurbished unit, documented in an OEM removal-and-installation report, and that engine now carries 28,000–32,000 hours. Per OEM guidance the next major event falls at 50,000 engine hours — about 20,000 hours of runway — and is a hot-section exchange with a minor generator inspection, not a full major overhaul. The headline package hours are far higher; the engine figure is the one that describes remaining life. Performance is measured, not asserted: an OEM test-cell report after that engine’s overhaul recorded corrected sprinted gross output of 46–47 MW at a heat rate of 8,400–8,700 Btu/kWh, within guarantee tolerance, and an independent accredited stack test from the last 18 months returned NOx and CO comfortably inside consent against a ≤25 ppmvd design basis — useful documents for a buyer facing a permitting process. Three open items from the most recent inspection — one hot-section follow-up and two component replacements — are disclosed in full at quote; one booster compressor is high-hours and should be treated as a replacement item; the OEM service agreement has lapsed and a buyer would negotiate a new one. The plant was laid up in 2024–2025 and is stored to OEM recommendation. Dismantling and export from site is a substantial exercise and should be scoped early.
